The problem

The existing shingles and metal panels were unsuitable for the roof’s low slope. The roof was leaking and no longer keeping water out reliably.

The solution

The old roofing was removed and a two-ply modified bitumen membrane was installed—a continuous waterproofing system suited to the roof’s low slope.
